The vision of Sales Automation has filled us with pride. Our team of experienced developers harnessed the full potential of Laravel, a powerful PHP framework, combined with Vue.js and Inertia.js, to deliver a modern, responsivesales automation platform.
A key component was the Visitor Identification feature: Companies that visit a client’s website are automatically recognized, enriched with company data, and prepared as potential leads. To achieve this, we implemented GeoIP-based country filtering, ISP blacklist checks, URL filters, and automated website screenshots, enabling sales teams to understand a visitor’s context at a glance.
We have implemented a wide range of features in the Lead Management module: hot lead views with bucket-based label filters, bulk actions (mark as lead, reject, mark as customer, exclude from campaigns), search functions, responsive tables, and a "More Suggestions" feature that proactively suggests relevant leads.
Another highlight was the HubSpot integration: Leads and lead lists are synchronized bidirectionally with HubSpot, including bulk sync, visual connection indicators, and direct links to the HubSpot contact—a real productivity boost for the sales team.
In addition, we have implemented real-time features using Laravel Reverb, so that LeadInbox and LeadInbox Messages are updated in real time without users having to refresh the page. This has been complemented by an expanded Inbox Automation section featuring privacy information, FAQs, and configurable tracking settings.
In addition to these features, we have significantly improved the platform’s performance through caching, database indexing, eager loading, queue-based jobs (including for lead batching, profile synchronization, and screenshot generation), and targeted code optimizations. The result: faster load times, greater stability, and scalability that keeps pace with the growth of our clients’ businesses.
The team at Laracraft was able to deliver all these features within the required timeframe and budget, providing Sales Automation with a high-quality solution that met their needs. Our attention to detail, combined with our expertise in Laravel, enabled us to deliver a solution that exceeded our client’s expectations.
