pilot Screentime, a sub-service provider of Hamburger Sparkasse(HaSPA), needed support with a digital solution to manage events and support its various branches. HaSPA was looking for a system that would allow branch employees to organize, configure and monitor events, while providing participants with a user-friendly platform to register.

Laracraft was commissioned to assist in the development of an event calendar and content management system (CMS) that would serve as a central hub for HaSPA's branch-related events. The solution was to support the creation of events, registration of participants and the generation of reports and analytics for branch staff.

The project was implemented in Laravel (Blade) and MySQL. The CMS enabled the store employees to:‍

1. ‍Event management: Each branch was able to create, customize and manage its own events via the CMS. This included details such as event location, date, time and maximum number of participants.‍
2. Event calendar: All events at the various branches were clearly displayed via a central calendar. Participants were able to register for events directly via the website and receive confirmations and reminders.‍
3. Reports and analytics: The ability for branch employees to access reports and analytics on the events held was created. This feature helped capture attendance, feedback and other relevant metrics to better plan future events.

The application enables HaSPA to manage its events more efficiently. The branches benefit from a clear overview and are able to manage their events quickly and easily, while participants can easily take part thanks to the intuitive login.

Laracraft assisted with a customized solution that greatly simplified HaSPA's internal processes while ensuring a seamless user experience for participants.
