Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The vision of gitis has filled us with pride. Our team of experienced developers harnessed the full potential of Laravel, a powerful PHP framework, to deliver a modern, stable, and scalable ERP solution.
A key component was the expansion of the inspection department: We implemented inspection procedures, including expiration dates, specific validation rules, and automatically generated procedure and object descriptions. This enables inspection processes to be digitally mapped end-to-end and documented in a traceable manner.
We have made extensive changes to the object and task management section: new date fields, sorted fields and columns, additional DataTable filters, dropdown menus with clean foreign keys, as well as the renaming and restructuring of menu items (tasks under objects, documents under records). This has resulted in a clearer and more consistent user experience.
In addition, we have implemented GAEB file export, including proper handling of item numbers, a refactored export modal, and a clean CI setup. At the same time, we integrated GAEB import and further developed price maintenance.
In addition to these features, we have significantly improved the platform’s performance through database indexing, eager loading, query optimizations, and targeted code cleanups (including PHPStan fixes). The result: faster load times, greater stability, and scalability that keeps pace with the growth of our customers’ businesses.
The team at Laracraft was able to deliver all these features within the required timeframe and budget, providing gitis with a high-quality solution that met their needs. Our attention to detail, combined with our expertise in Laravel, enabled us to deliver a solution that exceeded our client’s expectations.
Overall, the project has been a great success, and we are proud to be part of the gitis team. We look forward to continuing to work closely with the company and delivering innovative solutions that drive its success.
